Now, the 42-year-old has revealed an old-age Japanese walking technique that has more benefits than getting 10,000 steps in a day, reports What’s The Jam.

In a clip, which has racked up 1.2m views and over 30,000 likes, he explains how interval walking works.
“It is alternating three minutes of slow walking, with three minutes of brisk walking like you are rushing to an important meeting,” the doctor, from California, US, begins.
“Do this for 30 minutes daily, and the results are impressive.”
He states better blood pressure, reduced stroke risk, improved mood, and boosted immunity, as well as better sleep quality, as some of the benefits.
