A store billboard impacted by hot weather has resulted in a ghastly-looking image.
What once portrayed an innocent baby’s face now looks like something out of a horror film.
The ink on the ad has melted, leaving the toddler with dark holes for eyes.

Despite the unfortunate heatwave impact on the sign, the store owner has decided not to remove the billboard.
And with Halloween around the corner, it’s actually the perfect feature – and social media users agree.
“It’s a sign,” said Ryan.
“Halloween is coming to town,” said someone else.
“I mean…it can be a good advertisement idea to raise awareness about climate change,” added another person.

“Well Halloween is coming,” said another shopper.
Someone else added: “I’m so petrified right now.”
Meanwhile, Francis joked: “Their true nature comes through!”

While the billboard has attracted attention online this week, it actually started deteriorating over a year ago.
But the owner of Hangai Nagahama in Shiga prefecture opted not to replace it at the time due to the Obon holidays, a three-day Japanese festival dedicated to remembering and honouring the dead, which occurs in mid-August.
And it’s just stayed up since.
Visitors have reportedly been flocking to take photos of the ghostly baby, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Hangai Nagahama was founded in 1933 and carries more than 70,000 items, ranging from clothing to bedding and other miscellaneous goods.
