The cast of Too Hot To Handle season six graced our screens on 26 July – but who has gone under the knife?
While fans of the show agree that this season has brought the “hottest” people looking for love to date, it may not all be natural.
Out of the eight women on the show, Dr Ali Halawi, an aesthetic dermatologist, who has over 23,000 followers on Instagram, has taken a guess at which of them have had a boost to enhance their television-ready looks.

BRIANNA BALRAM:
Also known as Bri, the 26-year-old model entered Too Hot To Handle as her first venture into reality television.
But is she all natural?
“[She] might have undergone subtle enhancements to achieve her natural look,” Dr Ali, Enhance by MediClinic told What’s The Jam.
“This could include dermal filler in her lips for a fuller appearance and possibly in her jawline for a slimmer, more youthful look.

“Her refreshed skin suggests she might regularly undergo skin-boosting treatments, like Morpheus8, which enhance skin tone, texture, and overall vibrancy.”
GIANNA PETTUS:
The 21-year-old university student from Arkansas, US, grew up spending time on her grandma’s farm in Missouri.

Has this country girl always been camera-ready?
Dr Ali said: “Gianna might have opted for a minimal amount of dermal filler in her lips for a slightly fuller, yet natural appearance.
“She may have received chin filler to elongate her face, giving her a more contoured and slim look.
“Regular Botox treatments could help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, contributing to her smooth and youthful complexion.”
KATHERINE LAPRELL:
Aged 28, the model from Los Angeles, US, is described as the “loudest and fiercest person in the room”.
But there’s nothing a bit of filler can’t fix?
He said: “Katherine might maintain her youthful appearance through regular Botox and dermal filler injections, particularly in her lips and cheeks.
“Botox helps relax facial muscles, reducing wrinkles and fine lines for a smoother look, while dermal fillers add volume to her lips and cheeks.
“Katherine may also often get FaceTite, a procedure using radio-frequency energy to target fatty tissue, leading to skin tightening and contouring.
“This treatment can lift cheeks and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.”
LUCY SYED:
Last, but not least, the London-born VIP hostess is no stranger to being around attractive people within her line of work.
And she is certainly one of them.
Dr Ali added: “She may have also received dermal fillers in her lips to achieve their plump appearance.
“She may have also had Lumecca IPL to target pigmentation and address any sun damage, helping to maintain her clear and radiant complexion.”
With 16 people taking part in this year’s series, it all boils down to one thing; love – but will these cosmetic procedures boost their chances?
