An influencer has gifted Neymar a gold chain worth a whopping £324,000 on the injured footie star’s party cruise.
The football megastar is currently on a three-day cruise along the tropical Brazilian coast as he recovers from a knee op.
He was given the jewellery despite earning a reported £138million-a-year with Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal.
The ex-Barcelona and PSG forward’s salary works out at £ 11.5 million a month, or £ 2.85 million a week, or £410,000 a day.
It means he could have bought the chain himself with a 24-hour pay cheque and still have change left over.
The cruise ship Ney Em Alto Mar which translates as Ney on the High Seas – a pun on his name – departed from the Port of Santos on Tuesday (26 Dec).
It is sailing up and down the Brazilian coast and will return to Santos on Friday (29 Dec).
Neymar, 31, is currently living it up on the 18-storey party vessel with family and friends.
They are being treated to performances from music stars and comedians.
And they’re spoiled with a casino, shops, a bowling alley, a 4D cinema, a gym, a spa, a water park, and other amenities on board.
The Al Hilal star has been posting snaps and clips from the blow-out for his 217 million Instagram followers.
The most eyebrow-raising ones show the party host being gifted a huge gold chain by the influencer Buzeira.
According to local media, the heavy-looking piece is worth a whopping BRL 2 million (£324,000).
Buzeira, who boasts 4.5 million Insta fans of his own, gifted the shiny present to the Brazil ace during an onboard party.
He wrote on social media: “Speak well or speak ill, no one is like Neymar.
“You have to respect Neymar Jr.”
Shortly after the ship set sail with about 3,500 revellers on board, Neymar posted a snap showing himself lying down with a thermal pad around his left leg.
He captioned it: “Onboard treatment, okay?”
But a short while into the trip, a pal filmed the 2015 Champions League winner surrounded by cocktails and energy drinks.
