Former England striker Andy Carroll has left fans in stitches and his girlfriend fuming after pulling a prank with no trousers on.
The 6ft 4in footballer showed off his mischievous side by joking around with partner, Lou Teasdale, 41, in their bedroom.
The 36-year-old set up his camera and placed a hare ornament on the couple’s windowsill before pretending there was a massive “hair” on it.
With the scene perfectly staged, the Gateshead-born forward called Lou over to “sort it out” while he stood there wearing only a baggy T-shirt and tiny pants.
The prank didn’t go down well.
The mum-of-one, who had been snuggled up in bed, stormed over and knocked Carroll’s phone out of his hand when she realised what he was up to.
An exasperated Lou snapped: “I was so comfy, you make me get up for you to do stupid things.”
Carroll, a dad-of-five, later shared the clip on his TikTok on Saturday (25 Oct), cheekily captioning it: “Hare we go.”
The former Liverpool and Newcastle ace, who has nine England caps, made a surprise return to English football this year after two seasons in France with Amiens and Bordeaux.
He’s now turning out for Dagenham & Redbridge FC in the sixth tier, joining the club on a free transfer last summer, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Despite the prank, the couple appear to be on good terms again following reports their on-off relationship had hit the rocks.
Lou – a celebrity hairstylist who once worked with One Direction – recently said she hopes to marry the ex-Premier League striker.
