Geriiee Lamb has responded to criticism from trolls regarding her choice of attire for her six-month-old daughter, Romy-Rae.
She enjoys dressing her baby in frilly clothes, headdresses, and bows, creating eye-catching outfits that have gained traction on social media.
Despite facing backlash, the 27-year-old from Keighley, West Yorkshire, remains steadfast in defending her distinctive fashion preferences.

“My style is just my own – I love to be different,” Geriiee, who works as a makeup artist, shared with What’s The Jam.
“I have always hated people wearing the same thing,” Geriiee expressed.
“I love having things handmade for Romy. It’s different – she’ll stand out from a huge crowd!
I get all sorts of comments [about it], but I’m thick-skinned, I really couldn’t care less.
A lot of people actually really, really like the way I dress her – we even have shoes and jackets matching.”

However, users on TikTok, where Geriiee’s videos have accumulated up to two million views, have criticized her for dressing her daughter “like a doll and not a baby.”
Geriiee explained, “People call me a gypsy, traveller, they say it’s cruelty. She doesn’t live in the outfits.
They’re put on for pictures – the majority of the time she’s then back in a vest and Babygro.

People in public always comment on how cute she is, how strong, and also how small she is with being a premature baby.
Some people love it, some people hate it. Her ears were pierced at six months old.
She didn’t cry, it didn’t bother her whatsoever – people say it’s awful, some people like it. But you can’t please everyone.”
Despite the criticism, other people have defended Geriiee’s style choices on TikTok.
One person commented, “Doesn’t matter what she wears, because that beautiful smile is precious.”
“If I had been blessed with a girl she would 100% have been dressed like this, she is just the cutest,”
said another fan. Another supporter added, “So cute, dress your child how you want.”
“As much as I think the frills are a lot that baby looks so happy dressed up that I can’t even complain. Give her more frills!!” someone else said.
Geriiee, who buys much of Romy’s wardrobe from Once Upon A Bow boutique, added, “No matter what you do people will judge.
“At the end of the day, my daughter is loved beyond belief.
One day she might turn around to me and say ‘Mum stop putting me in frills’, and if she did I would let her choose her own style.
I’m just giving her a head start for fashion!”
