An adorable video of a baby delivering a heavy bottle of water to her exercising mum has gone viral – wand viewers can’t believe the tot’s strength.
Susan Ash was filming herself completing an at-home workout in her living room when she accidentally captured something far more memorable.
As the 25-year-old did pilates, her 11-month-old daughter, Julia, can be seen heading off to where Susan’s water bottle is propped up nearby.
She visibly struggles to pick up the large bottle, which is filled with ice and water, but manages to shuffle over to give it to her mother.
The clip has gone viral on Instagram, garnering 280,000 views.
“I couldn’t believe she carried the bottle as far as she did,” Susan, a content strategist from New Hampshire, US, told What’s The Jam.
“It was heavy!
“It’s a Yeti bottle and was filled with water and ice.
“Julia has learned from being included in my workouts – I never use her as an excuse not to exercise, as she is truly my reason to take care of myself.
“I got this reformer board because I thought it would be a better place to have her be included, which it has, she feels included, and I get a great workout in.
“Between watching me exercise and drinking my water, and also me including her and often sharing with her, is where she made the connection.
“Her personality has really started to come through, and it just showed how kind and sweet she is.
“She’s learning how to share, and this made me so proud as a parent!”
Viewers online loved the sweet interaction, with the post attracting over 30,000 likes.
One person commented: “So heavy for someone so little, but she was determined!”
“Probably thrice her own weight,” another person guessed.
Someone else added: “It’s crazy how much love and care babies have for people. They’re just filled with love and trust.”
“Strong like her mommy!!! She sees you!!!” another user said.
“She got her own workout,” someone else quipped.
