An inked granny has revealed the free anti-ageing habits she does daily, which have left people thinking she’s 20 years younger.
When Astrid Zeegen-Holt steps out in public, all eyes are on her.
And it’s not because of her striking tattoos or eclectic fashion sense, but because people just can’t figure out how old she is.

It’s left the granny mistaken for her 32-year-old daughter’s sister before, and online, her comments are filled with those begging her to share her tips and tricks for looking 20 years younger.
But the 60-year-old doesn’t have a fancy or expensive routine up her sleeve; it’s all down to a few simple practices that cost nothing.
“I remember when I was mistaken for being my daughter’s sister on a cruise,” the content creator, from Devon, told What’s The Jam.

“We got chatting to a couple, who after a few days, said that when they first met us they thought we were sisters.
“I was flattered – obviously.

“People don’t often believe I’m 60.
“They say I’m ageing backwards.
“But it’s all down to a few simple things.

“My skincare is important.

“I use Obagi Medical, which has transformed my skin, as I maintain a protocol morning and night.
“I always take my make-up off.
“I try to walk 10,000 steps a day and only eat between 11am and 6pm.
“The biggest trick, though? Attitude.
“It plays a big part in how long you look and feel.
“I feel like I did when I was so much younger – apart from my achy bits – but I get up and live every day like it’s my last.”
She begins her day with fruit, Greek yoghurt and honey.

At lunchtime, she’ll have leftover chicken from the previous night’s dinner and for tea, it’s usually an omelette with crackers and cheese or salad.
Astrid’s fashion sense also plays a role.
She prioritises comfort over trends and purchases her wardrobe from small ethical independent shops, as well as vintage stores.
Astrid said: “I definitely dress for myself and no one else.
“I don’t think my style has changed at all.
“I was often in trouble at school for not wearing the regular uniform, and I would go to jumble sales, dye my own clothes and make my own things.
“I know what suits me and what I like; that’s always been the case.”
In a clip racking up 715,000 views and over 68,000 likes, Astrid shows herself getting ready for her granddaughter’s first birthday party.
She pairs checkered green trousers with a white vest top, pink knit, green bag and green flats.
Her tattoos and chic attitude complete the look.
Users flocked to the comments to share their reactions.
“You look younger than me, and I’m 25,” Mina said.

Francie added: “You’re 60?! No f**king way.”
“Proof that tattoos look great whatever age. Way to go granny,” commented another user.
Aston said: “Oh she a Glam-Ma.”
“Wait, granddaughter? You look younger than me and I’m 30,” Natalia added.
“Please tell me exactly what skincare you use! I plan on aging like this,” commented Becs.

Astrid added: “We are all getting older.
“But it’s how young you feel inside that counts.
“Don’t be scared to dress in things you loved at 30 years old
“You can still carry that off.
“You’ll be amazed at how good you will feel – and if you don’t feel brave enough, then start small.
“Add one thing to your outfit that is maybe out of your comfort zone.”
