Fuming McDonald’s fans have renamed a popular burger the ‘Medium Tasty’ as shrinkflation appears to have hit the fast food chain.
Punters have been left gutted by the current state of one iconic brand’s most beloved items – claiming it has become smaller despite its £7.19 price tag.
The Big Tasty is one of the most-sought-after items on the fast food giant’s UK menu for a limited time throughout the year.

The £7.19 item returned to the nation on 28 Apr, as reported by Whats The Jam.
However, some fans have since been left bitterly disappointed – claiming that the cost of living crisis has claimed another classic.
One customer was so disappointed with the size of the burger he believed they had served him the “wrong thing”.

The infuriated punter said: “Absolutely loved the Big Tasty.
“I thought they gave me the wrong thing.

“I haven’t been paying attention to this, I think it’s even the same price.
“What the f**k.”
The beef burger comes with cheese slices, lettuce, onions, juicy tomato, and a unique sauce, served on a sesame seed bun.

One other person said: “I’m old enough to remember when the big mac actually used to be big as well.”
One person added: “It doesn’t look very big or tasty to be honest.”
Another person said: “They butchered another classic.”
