Aquaman star Jason Momoa impressed staff at an eaterie after diving in for a steak and beer.
The Hollywood actor, 46, dropped by for lunch wearing a cream polo neck jumper, baker boy hat and shades.
The celebrity – who first rose to prominence on Game of Thrones – left a particularly big impression when he and friends took the plunge by quaffing a local brew.

It was at The Whippet Inn, York, which specialises in steak and seafood.
Jason’s personal assistant had phoned ahead to ask for a more private table, as reported by What’s The Jam.
A spokesperson from the venue said: “Just had quite possibly the nicest table of guests in so far this year.
“Polite, engaging, remembered all the staff names.
“Always a pleasure to showcase the Whippet to lovely guests.

“It was made even better that one of them was actually Jason Momoa.
“He said he’d definitely be back – so we think he enjoyed it.”
Jason tucked into the local fare, eating a 750g prime steak rib with all trimmings and knocking back Osprey beer by Brew York.

Locals who love going to the restaurant were sorry they missed him.
Another resident said: “Just watched the Wrecking Crew, love a bit of Jason Momoa.”
Someone else added: “Oh my God, love this man.”
One said: “Why didn’t someone ring me to tell me the love of my life was in town?”
Momoa played maritime superhero Aquaman in the DC Extended Universe.
It’s believed his girlfriend Adria Arjona is filming in Leeds.
