A town visitor was shocked after coming across a pair of “feral” mountain goats wandering the streets – and snacking on hedges – at 11pm.
Andrew Dalgarno saw the creatures feasting on leaves growing in someone’s garden.
The horned animals with long white hair seemed completely unfazed by the human passer-by.

Andrew bumped into them in Llandudno, north Wales.
He believes they were part of a feral herd.
“I’d just popped out to get some milk,” he told What’s The Jam.

“Then I came across them doing a bit of late night hedge trimming on Augusta Street.
“I thought I was hallucinating and been summoned to a sacrifice.

“I was surprised but they weren’t bothered.
“As far as I know, the goats are feral.
“I think they live on a nearby hill called the Great Orme.

“I think they wandered down from the Great Orme to check out the night life.
“I’m told they also pop into town during bad weather.
“But they are lovely creatures.”
