A tiny studio flat being let for £850 a month where pets are banned has been mocked because there isn’t “enough room to swing a cat.”
The one-bedroom pad is so small the bed is just centimetres away from the cooker.
Another home hunter poked fun at it being marketed as having “plenty of storage in the kitchen.”
They joked that it was the drawers under the double bed.

The bedsit in the Withington area of Manchester does come furnished.

But there are only skylights, no garden and a deposit of a month’s rent is required up front.
Bills are included except electricity.
But local Mark McCarrick joked: “No pets allowed.

Kathryn Kent quipped: “Kitchen has plenty of storage in the bed draws.”
Lindsay Edwards added: “You don’t sleep next to the kitchen, you sleep in it.”

Kerri Lee boasted: “I’m in a three-bed with gardens and don’t pay that.
“Madness.”
It is being let by Basil Estates and advertised on SpareRoom.
The listing reads: “Brand new studio flat in a Newly refurbished flat with all new furnishings and including bills.
“Supermarket, groceries shops, restaurants at doorstep.
“Off road parking available at the property.
“Studio comes with a double bed which has storage and drawers, a fitted wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves.
“Bathroom has sink, toilet, towel rail and shower.
“Kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, hob and extractor and plenty of storage.
“There is an integrated washing machine and fridge/freezer.”
The new tenant preferences are listed as: “Smoking okay? No.
“Pets okay? No.”
