Travelling Brits have been left stunned after finding a Birmingham themed cafe 6,000 miles away in Vietnam.

Backpackers in need of a caffeine fix have stumbled across a coffee shop, inspired by Britain’s Second City.

Birmingham Coffee in the coastal city of Nha Trang, Vietnam, is a highly rated spot – in spite of, or thanks to, its bizarre theme.

Inside the cafe, punters are drawn to framed artwork with links to the West Midlands city.

Pictures of the iconic Bull Ring shopping centre hang on the wall, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Elsewhere inside, custom artwork of Peaky Blinders star Cillian Murphy as fictional Brummie Tommy Shelby can also be found.

The maroon exterior and logo resembles that of UK-founded chain Costa Coffee – over 200 of which are located in Birmingham.

The cafe opens at 6am and closes at 10pm everyday.

A cappuccino costs just £1.13 whilst a latte is priced at £1.27 – a bargain considering that average price for a standard flat white in Birmingham costs between £3.50 and £3.60.

The business opened in 2020 and has attracted customers from all across the globe, with many Brummies keen to make the trip over.

Isobel Amber said: “I’m ashamed to say I would go out of my way to go here as a Brummie.”

Sophie Bishop asked: “Of all the places, they name it Birmingham – why would they do that to themselves?”

Mark added: “As a Brummie I must go at some point in my life.”

Ragnar said: “Birmingham Café, wow just wow.”
