An angry alligator was lassoed by police officers after slithering into a high street shop and refusing to leave.
The monster 10-foot-long reptile was eventually wrangled to safety by police.
It was the second such incident in just a week.

It happened in a 7-Eleven store in Sarasota, Florida, USA.
Sheriff’s deputies were called to remove the reptile.

A video showed the officers roping the beast.
And then battling with it to tire it out.
Eventually they managed to move it on to a low loader, as reported by What’s The Jam.

A Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said: “Yes… it happened again.
“Another day, another gator.
“Sarasota’s really determined to make this a weekly series.”

They removed a 14-foot, 600-pound alligator from the middle of a road last week.
