A model has revealed she bolted out the back door when a man proposed to her on their first date.
Ju Isen, an influencer who boasts over 2.6 million followers on Instagram, says she met the hasty suitor through mutual friends.
They decided on dinner at a restaurant for their get together and, at first, everything seemed to be going well.

But after the pair talked about their views on commitment, Ju got the shock of her life.
“Suddenly, he pulled a small box from his pocket, revealed a ring, and declared that I was ‘the one’ for him,” she told What’s The Jam.
“I was completely shocked.
“I almost choked on my Champagne and felt light-headed from the situation.
“I excused myself to go to the restroom and, taking the opportunity, discreetly slipped out through the restaurant’s back door.

“The whole thing was just crazy.
“Who brings an engagement ring to a first date? It made no sense to stay there.”
Ju, 38, from Brazil, said he “seemed like an interesting and polite person” at first, which is why she accepted the dinner invitation.

She said: “I thought it would be a normal date, with pleasant conversation.
“But it was completely different from what I expected.
“Marriage, to me, feels like a prison.
“Just the thought of being tied to someone for the rest of my life makes me panic.
“I prefer my freedom.”
Ju is well-known for creating lifestyle content and posting saucy pictures online.
The 38-year-old has hit headlines in the past for her skincare hacks and dating preferences.
She says she once walked out on a man who requested the cheaper wine off the menu.
Ju has also spoken about her loss of libido.
She said: “It doesn’t just happen to men.
“Believe me, women go through this too.
“Failing in bed is a situation that can happen to anyone, regardless of gender.
“It is essential to demystify this idea that women are always perfect in bed, that they never have difficulties or insecurities.
“Female sexuality is complex and all of us, at some point in our lives, may come across challenges in this area.”
