They are bidding for medal glory at the games – famed for his five ringed logo – in Paris which starts on Friday (26 Jul).

Tom – who won gold at the 2020 Olympics – said: “Six boys, five rings.”

TV star John Barrowman seemed oblivious and said: “Go Team.”

But others picked up on the lewd double meaning, as reported on What’s The Jam.

Kitty Scott-Claus, from RuPaul’s Drag Race, joked: “Thomas Marie Daley I spat out my tea.”
