A woman was filmed sobbing after Disney staff allegedly removed her from a ride queue for taking too long in the loo.
The woman was waiting in line for the attraction when she left to take a bathroom break.
However, when she returned, she was reportedly not allowed her original space back into the queue.

Staff allegedly told her that she’d exceeded the time limit stated in the theme park’s ‘bathroom-pass’ rule.
They said she’d taken longer than the allowed 20 minutes so would have to go to the back of the line.
The woman reportedly argued with the officials, begging them to let her retake her place in the queue.
She broke down in tears when she realised they weren’t going to give her any leeway, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Video footage from Shanghai Disney Resort, China, shows her doubled over, howling in distress at the harsh decision.

A member of the Shanghai Pudong New Area tourist board was quoted in the local media. They said: “As Disney Resort is neither a traditional theme park nor a tourist attraction, its bathrooms might experience localised congestion at certain times.
“Therefore, staff should effectively manage crowd flow and assist with queuing.
“From the video, it appears the incident took place in a newly developed area of the park, which might have had a high number of visitors.

“Consequently, the park may have faced challenges in managing and servicing the large crowd adequately.”
Shanghai Disney Resort opened in June 2016 and is spread over 963 acres.
Jam Press has contacted Shanghai Disney Resort for comment.
