The shocked bar worker said they had never seen a customer forget something so important.
“In all my time as a waiter, I’ve seen people leave behind glasses, bags, handkerchiefs, but never a wheelchair,” they wrote on the social media platform, X.

The waiter said the wheelchair was left at Bar La Sacristía in Cadiz, Spain.
The post went viral with 245,000 views and nearly 600 comments, as reported by What’s The Jam.
One local said: “He ran away, he must’ve been in a hurry.”
Another wrote: “Some kind of miracle happened.”
“Someone forgot they were on sick leave,” remarked someone else.
Paul joked: “Everything was so delicious that they experienced a miracle and was able to walk again.”
Julian commented: “I’ve found crutches, walking sticks, a wig in a bag, blood and urine samples, a full shopping cart, mobile phones, and backpacks with packed lunches before.”
Another hospitality worker said: “I worked in hotel reception for many years and found a prosthetic leg, a Vera Wang wedding dress, false teeth, a funeral urn, and the deeds to a house.”
It is unclear if the wheelchair owner has since returned to the bar to reclaim the item.
