A tourist has filmed herself throwing up and spraying her instructor with sick on a nightmare paragliding flight.
Flor, 28, shared the video of her unfortunate mishap on social media on Friday (7 Mar).
It had been watched more than 600,000 times at the time of writing.

The clip opens with Flor and an instructor paragliding over a scenic coastline.
Flor was filming the flight with her phone on the end of a selfie stick.
She captioned the first part of the clip: “Nothing’s going to happen. I’ll come back in one piece, all clean. I’ll be right back.”
The video then cuts to Flor’s cheeks inflating.
Suddenly, she threw up mid-air and the vomit flew between her legs.
Her instructor flinched as he was spattered by flying chunks of sick.
Flor captioned the second part of the video: “I’m back, babes. No, I don’t recommend it.”
It is not clear where Flor chundered.
But her social media suggests she is based in Argentina and has visited Brazil, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Chucky commented: “So, it wasn’t rain today?”
Liz wrote: “I hope they pay the guy enough.”
Gil joked: “If I were that guy, I’d say the client fell off by accident.”
Bill remarked: “She just wanted to water the whole forest.”
And Jesu said: “Sometimes out of nowhere, something falls from the sky like water or something, and you’re like, ‘Something fell on me, how weird.’
“And now, after watching the video, it could have been that. Oh my god!”
