The Killers singer Brandon Flowers rejected a fan for his bad drumming after he joined the band on stage.
The man held up a sign explaining that a loved one had died and that he wanted a chance to get up on stage and honor them.
Flowers called him up to play drums for the hit song For Reasons Unknown.

But the eager percussionist failed to come in at the right time and was eventually asked to leave.
It happened at the Pulso GNP Festival in Querétaro, Mexico.
Footage shows the fan sitting on the drum stool while trying to hit the song’s intro and opening bars.
When he fails to come in with the drums, Flowers stops the band and explains that he is supposed to pound the bass drum.
He tells the stand-in drummer “derecha”, meaning to use his right foot.

But the man apparently doesn’t understand and continues hitting the high hat instead.
Flowers looks at the crowd with an exasperated expression.
He turns to the side of the stage and says into the mic: “I don’t think he’s ready.

“I’m sorry.”
The singer then turns to the drummer and says “You shouldn’t have come.”
He invites his normal drummer Ronnie Vannucci to return to the stage.
Vannucci plays the song with a booming bass drum and Flowers tells the crowd that his bandmate is “unstoppable”.
The festival took place at the Quéretaro Autodrome on 12 October, as reported by What’s The Jam.
One fan said: “I’ve never seen Brandon stressed before.”
Alexis remarked: “My music teacher said the guy has no experience on the drums.”
Another wrote: “That guy wanted to learn how to play the drums right there and then.”
“Thanks to him, they won’t invite anyone else onstage anymore,” commented someone else.
Rocio said: “A different fan played it great in Mexico City.”
