A relaxing shop owner remained cool as a cucumber as a van came hurtling through a glass door a whisker away from him.
CCTV footage shows how the calm fella – called Mr He – was sitting in a chair with a lit cigarette in one hand and his mobile phone in the other.
His head could be seen turning as he looked out of the window at an approaching vehicle.

All of a sudden, a large van smashed the glass door in as it came crashing through the storefront.
The van came to a stop against a wall with broken glass all around it.
Mr He was just feet away, but he remained seated with his phone and his ciggie still in his hands.
He could be seen coolly flicking the cig butt into an ashtray as he got up and walked over to the scene.
The near miss happened in China on Sunday (9 Feb) morning.
The shop owner’s wife, Mrs He, later said: “Luckily, no one was by the door.”
It’s not clear why the van driver crashed or if he was injured, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Local Han said: “The entire door was shattered, but the boss still insisted on not letting a single ash fall.”
Lyn added: “Smokers are always like this. No matter how urgent or terrifying the situation, the cigarette in their hand will never fall.
“Let me have a puff first to clear my thoughts.”
