A man has miraculously survived after falling debris missed him by inches during Typhoon Bebinca.
A bystander captured the terrifying near-miss with his mobile phone.
He zoomed in on the decaying block of flats before a huge lump of concrete fell from the crumbling building.

As the debris plummeted to the ground, he quickly zoomed back out.
A man can be seen running up the street having missed being crushed by mere seconds.
Other bystanders can be heard yelling and screaming.
The scene was filmed in Shanghai, China on Monday (16 September).
Just yesterday (17 September), a driver was filmed holding onto his truck for dear life as it almost blew during the typhoon.

Footage shows the driver standing at the side of his van during a traffic pile-up on a bridge.
A huge gust of wind then hits the van, causing one side to lift off the ground.
The driver can be seen grabbing a handle at the side of the van and pulling with all his might to get all four wheels back on the road.

Typhoon Bebinca hit the municipality at the start of the week, and has left thousands evacuated from their homes, as reported by What’s The Jam.
It is the strongest storm to hit Shanghai in 75 years, and is said to hit top wind speeds of 80 mph – the equivalent of a category 1 Atlantic hurricane.
Two people have also been reported dead, as well as one injured from a falling tree.
The storm of heavy rain and strong winds is said to continue until the end of the week.
