An overturned lorry has covered a motorway in thousands of tomatoes.
The stretch of the motorway was closed for several hours, as the authorities cleared the juicy fruit from the tarmac.
The lorry flipped on its side on Interstate 5 in Patterson, located southeast of San Francisco in California, US.

California Highway Patrol said the incident took place at around 8am on 9 July.
The overturned vehicle and spillage covered the entire road surface and hard shoulder, causing long delays.
The authorities cleared the tomatoes to give northbound road users a chance to ‘ketchup’ from the traffic jam.
The stretch of highway was closed for several hours before reopening at around 1pm, as reported on What’s The Jam.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
