A newly-wed couple has plumped for a kebab-cutting ceremony at their wedding instead of a traditional cake.
Bride, Isabella Teran and groom, Ben Taylor, sliced off chunks of meat with a large blade while posing for snaps.
They tied the knot in Oaxaca, southeast of Mexico City, Mexico.

The happy couple celebrated their nuptials at the Hotel Quinta Real Oaxaca in front of hundreds of beaming guests.
The event had all the trimmings of a traditional ceremony but with one notable exception – the absence of a wedding cake.
Instead, the happy couple decided to cut a greasy doner rotating on a grill.
Isabella, who originally comes from Nicaragua, told What’s the Jam: “I had the best day ever with the love of my life and everyone who fills our lives with so much happiness.”
She said all the guests enjoyed their plate of wedding kebab.
Isabella added: “It was the best day ever!”
One guest commented: “It was beautiful Isa and Ben, we had a lovely time at the wedding.”
Another wrote: “I bet that was 100% the groom’s idea.”
Edgar remarked: “And the award for best wedding goes to…”
Laura said: “I just realised that every wedding I’ve been to has been super lame in comparison.”
Rube commented: “It doesn’t matter what they bite into, the important thing is that they look this happy.”
