A couple on a motorbike plunged into a sinkhole that was left unprotected for months.
The pair were seen on CCTV approaching the large chasm in the road.
They tried to pass along a narrow stretch of tarmac next to the pavement.

With the sidewalk blocked, the rider turns the handlebars to avoid hitting an obstruction but quickly loses balance.
The couple fell into the hole, but the man manages to grab hold of the edge while the fallen motorbike keeps his feet above ground.
However, the woman appears to whack her head against the jutting tarmac before tumbling to the bottom of the sinkhole.
After a moment, she is seen getting to her feet and touching her head as her fella checks she’s okay.
Two bystanders help the man to his feet and lift the motorcycle up.

The biker bends down to offer his partner his hand but, apparently peeved, she initially refuses.
She was reportedly hospitalised in a stable condition with a head injury and bruising.
One of the helpers, named Felipe Ortiz, said: “She suffered a strong blow to her head.

“She also had cuts and scrapes over many parts of her body.”
The community in El Bosque in Barranquilla, Colombia, has been complaining about the dangerous sinkhole since it opened up in March this year.
The road was closed at the time, but many locals risk manoeuvring around it as it leads to the nearest hospital in the area.
They also accused the authorities of failing to properly cordon off the gaping hole.
Following the woman’s head injury, the council vowed to start work on the road today (22 July), as reported by What’s the Jam.
Rafael Lafond, Secretary of Public Works, said: “We have already taken the measurements and a contractor will begin work next week.”
He said the road should be back in service in early August.
