An influencer, who underwent the ‘world’s most painful operation’ to become several inches taller, has been pranked with a hilarious cake on his 30th birthday.
Yeferson Cossio underwent the limb-lengthening procedure last September.
He went from 5ft 8in in height to 6ft after having his legs surgically stretched.

At the time, he told his 11.4 million Instagram followers: “I underwent the most painful surgery in the entire world.
“Just as it’s the most painful operation, it is also one of the most expensive.”
Despite undergoing the bizarre op nine months ago, Yeferson still has to rely on the aid of crutches and a wheelchair to move around.
As a result, his sister, Cintia Cossio, and his girlfriend, Carolina Gómez, decided to get him a mocking birthday cake.
The sweet treat shows Yeferson standing on crutches next to his wheelchair with a pile of metal rods lying around, mimicking the apparatus still attached to his stretched legs.

However, the surprise element was spoiled by the baker, who posted a snap of it on Instagram before it had been presented to him.
Yeferson, who lives near Medellin, Colombia, admitted he saw the photo before receiving the cake.
The incident infuriated his sister, who called the baker to complain, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Yeferson said: “The company she paid to make the cake uploaded a photo of it on their Stories and obviously I saw it.
“It spoiled the surprise.”
He posted several photos of him celebrating his birthday with Cintia and Carolina on 15 May.
He wrote: “Today I turned 30 years old.
“I am healthy and I have my loved ones with me.
“I am very lucky.”
