A cheeky bear swiped a package from a family’s porch.
The hilarious moment was caught on CCTV.
The bear thought the package was a food delivery, it’s understood.

But it only contained a sweater inside.
The hungry animal left the property disappointed.
The bear raided a home in Ocean Shores in Washington State, US.
Wildlife officials warned residents about the risks of leaving food deliveries outside for too long, as reported by What’s The Jam.
A Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife spokesperson said: “Friendly reminder that if you order DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other food delivery services, please be sure to pick it up right away.

“Porch pirates come in all forms, including furry and four-legged.
“Black bears are common throughout most of Washington, including suburban areas and in greenbelts near cities and towns.
“When preparing for hibernation in the fall and after waking in the spring, they look for high-calorie, easy-to-find food sources.

“Unfortunately for this black bear near Ocean Shores, this package contained a sweater and not food.
“But if bears get used to finding high-calorie food in an area, they will keep coming back.”
They added: “The best way to encourage them to move along and focus on natural food sources is by removing potential attractants.”
The wildlife agency says on their website: “American black bears are the most common and widely distributed bears in North America and occur throughout most of Washington with the exception of the Columbia Basin.
”Grizzly bears also occur in Washington, but populations are currently limited to Northeast Washington.
“Black bears are generalist omnivores and primarily eat a variety of plants and plant parts such as berries and nuts.
“Black bears will also prey and scavenge upon animals such as insects, mammals, fish, and birds.”
