An alert mechanic prevented a plane from crashing into an oncoming truck at the airport.
The pilot was taxiing on the airport apron when the aircraft nearly pulled out in front of the ground vehicle.
CCTV footage showed the plane circling around.

Meanwhile, a yellow pick-up vehicle approached from the pilot’s blind side, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The aircraft and truck appeared to be heading for a collision when the alert mechanic suddenly ran out from a nearby hangar.
The worried worker was seen waving his hands and shouting at the truck driver and pilot.
Luckily, both operators noticed the mechanic and stopped their vehicles before they were about to crash.
The near miss took place at an airport in Brazil.

One local said: “Salute to that mechanic.”

Another added: “Why was the yellow vehicle driving so fast?
“Isn’t there a speed limit for cars being driven on apron?”
