Ten members of the same family are proving that teamwork really does run in the blood – by all working at the same seaside holiday park.
The Stevens family have turned Torquay Holiday Park in Devon into a true family operation, with parents, siblings and cousins all on the payroll.
Between them, they cover everything from fixing caravans and cleaning rooms to cooking meals, checking in guests and handling admin – with locals joking you can hardly visit the park without spotting a Stevens on duty.

The Stevens family’s connection to the park goes back decades.
At the heart of the action is maintenance supervisor Ray Stevens, 49, and his wife Tracy, 45, who is an assistant accommodation manager, along with their daughter Courtney, 18, who is training as a chef.
Ray’s siblings – Lee, 44, assistant accommodation manager; Sally, 41, maintenance manager; and Rachel, 39, accommodation manager – also hold senior roles.
The next generation has followed in their footsteps, creating a two-generation powerhouse team, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The rest of the clan includes Demi, 22, accommodation supervisor and admin assistant, Harley, 18, maintenance assistant, Harrison, 18, accommodation cleaner, and Layla, 16, accommodation cleaner.
Siblings Sally and Rachel have worked at the park for 24 and 23 years.
Their mum worked at the park for 20 years, starting as a cleaner before becoming an accommodation supervisor.
Sally said: “What inspired us was our mum, she worked here for 20 years as a cleaner and then as an accommodation supervisor.
“As children, we would come to the park to play while our mum cleaned caravans.
“Some of our relatives also worked here, including our aunties, uncles, and our nan, so it always felt so familiar to us growing up.
“It’s been so meaningful to do so alongside our loved ones.”
Rachel added: “It is such a lovely feeling to be able to work alongside your family, they are there for you when you need support, and it’s good to have team members that you can trust and rely on.
“We have so many good times and laugh so much because we all have the same sense of humour.
“Being able to spend quality time with my family while working full-time is incredibly rewarding.”
The family say working together has brought them closer, giving them a sense of camaraderie that most workplaces can only dream of.
Park Dean Resorts says the Stevens family are a huge “asset”.
General manager, Paul Todd, said: “We’re lucky to have such a great team here at Torquay Holiday Park.
“The Stevens family are an asset to Parkdean Resorts, and it’s been fantastic to see their progress and development throughout the years.”
