Tory MP Suella Braverman is a secret fan of Wetherspoons.
The former Home Secretary gushed over the “good atmosphere” in the budget pubs.
She also said the beer is “great” and you can’t beat the prices.

The 45-year-old Conservative MP said a Spoons is vital for any town.
She said they allow them to grow and provide jobs.
The Member of Parliament Fareham and Waterlooville paid a visit to her local Wetherspoons The Denmead Queen.
And she loved it so much she has vowed to go back to the pub in Waterlooville, near Portsmouth, as reported on What’s The Jam.
Ms Braverman – MP for the constituency since 2015 – said: “I was delighted to spend an afternoon at The Denmead Queen.
“Wetherspoon’s pubs are the vital heart of any good British high street.
“Its pubs are vital to any town centre and its economy, allowing not only a town to grow, but also local people to have good jobs.
“The country may be going through a difficult time now.
“But the constant will be the great beer, good atmosphere and better prices which you get in a Wetherspoon pub
She added: “My thanks go to all of the staff, both in Waterlooville and across the country, who make its pubs so successful. “
As an MP, I know how important community is – and that is what you get in The Denmead Queen.
“Thanks to the staff and customers at The Denmead Queen for having me.
“I’ll be back soon.”
The pub’s manager, Calum Millington, also told Wetherspoons News: “We were delighted to host Ms Braverman.
“She spent a good amount of time in the pub chatting to customers and staff.
“And we look forward to welcoming her back soon.”
