Shoppers have been left shocked after Easter chocolate hit the shelves 14 weeks early.
It seems Christmas isn’t the only celebration that comes early each year, with supermarkets now setting up for their next seasonal sale.
Despite the Easter celebrations being four months away, chocolate eggs have already started flooding the shelves.

Rows and rows of Easter eggs and bunny-themed items were spotted at B&M in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Smarties eggs topped the shelves for just £1.50.
Whilst a big bag of Mini Eggs was priced at a whopping £5.49.
Above the shelves of sweet treats is a B&M sign which reads: “Hop into Easter for less.”
All B&M stores were shut on Christmas Day and reopened on reduced hours on Boxing Day, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The shopper, who asked to remain nameless, said: “Somewhere, a mince pie just shed a single tear.
“Nothing says ‘New Year’ like being reminded you haven’t even digested December yet.
“At one point, Boxing Day used to be about Christmas sales.

“Now, it feels like retailers are already pushing the next season before the current one has ended.
“There’s something quite disorienting about seeing Easter eggs on shelves, while Christmas decorations are still up at home.
“Anyways, this all feels illegal.
“Or at least morally wrong.”
B&M has been approached for comment.
