A pub landlord says his accountant is having a nightmare after promising customers a free shot every time England score at the World Cup.
Fans packing into The Greyhound in Diss, Norfolk, have been celebrating every Three Lions goal with a complimentary drink as the tournament gathers pace.
And with England racking up 13 goals so far, the generous offer has become an expensive one, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The landlord said: “To celebrate England, with each goal they score we have consistently stuck to our word in rewarding our loyal patrons with a free shot for every single customer.
“With 13 goals you can imagine what my accountant thinks, haha.”
The giveaway has become a hit with regulars, who have packed into the pub to cheer on England together.
The landlord added: “To give back to our community, little gestures like this have proven loyalty and respect from everyone.”
The celebrations do not stop when the whistle blows for the interval either.
At half-time, customers take on members of bar staff in a keepy-uppy challenge, with the winner landing a free pint.
The landlord said: “This has brought the community together with some hilarious moments.
“There have been some impressive keepy-ups and some failed attempts, but either way it’s a laugh.”
They added: “The atmosphere has been incredible throughout with nothing but respect from customers.
“This is what pubs are about.”
