A teen Wetherspoons waitress has a hidden talent…she’s a martial arts expert.
Ella Heyes (oorr) is working at her local budget boozer while studying for her A Levels.
But the teenager is also a British taekwondo champion.

She has been doing it for 13 years since she was just four.
The pint-sized pub worker is a 4th dan black belt.
Ella, 17, won gold at the British Taekwondo Council National Championships in Worcester.
She then scooped bronze in the European Championships in Madrid.
Bosses at the The Jolly Tars, in Thornton-Cleveleys, near Blackpool, Lancs let her fit her job around her sport.

Ella said: “I’ve been doing taekwondo since I was four and love it.
“ I’m proud of my achievements.
“I just want to be the best I can.”

Proud dad Lee – who is a taekwondo instructor – said: “We are all very proud of Ella.
“And grateful to the managers at the pub for being so flexible with her work schedule.”
Floor assistant Ella started working at Wetherspoons in February 2024, as reported by What’s The Jam.
She delivers food and drinks to customer’s tables
Shift manager Michelle Smith said: “Ella is committed to her sport, good at her job and a lovely girl.
“We all wish her every success with taekwondo.”
