A parking space near Harrods is for sale for £100,000 – even though it’s shaped like a TRIANGLE.
It costs the same as TEN houses in the cheapest town to live in in the UK.
The underground posh car bay is just 6.5m long and 4.5m wide at their biggest points.
The unusual shape of it would make manoeuvring a vehicle very tough.

The average car in the country is 4.4m but some are up to 5.4m, according to the AA.
Normal parking spots in the UK are 2.4m by 4.8m but are rectangular.
The triangular bay is in the upmarket department store’s underground car park in Basil Street, Knightsbridge, west London
It is opposite the Harrods, but comes with other costs.
There is a service charge of £1,130 per year.
If the buyer wants to use it for an electric car they have to pay £1,000 up front for a charging port licence and £100 per year.
It is only available for people who live within 400m of Harrods.

But for the same money, you could buy up to ten houses in Shildon, Co Durham, where homes start at £10,000.
The parking spot is being sold by Nicolas Van Patrick estate agents and advertised on Rightmove.
The description reads: “Secure allocated parking space within the Harrods underground car park on Basil Street, directly opposite Harrods.

“Ideal location on the edge of The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, for Knightsbridge and everything the surrounding area has to offer.
“Restrictions within the head lease prevent the space from being assigned to anyone that is not a resident within a 400m circumference of the car park.
“The triangular space has a length of 6.5m and at the widest point a width of 4m.”
