McDonald’s is offering thousands of customers the opportunity to enjoy free fries every week for an entire year through a new promotional campaign.
The fast-food chain has introduced the McDonald’s App Master Ring, a limited-edition gold-coloured signet ring created to reward some of its most dedicated app users.
Winners of the ring will be entitled to claim one free medium portion of McDonald’s fries every week for 52 weeks.

However, the giveaway is not open to the general public. Only selected McDonald’s app users are eligible to participate, with invitations sent via email on June 5.
Around 2,000 customers across the UK and Ireland were chosen based on their loyalty and engagement with the McDonald’s app, particularly their use of offers and rewards.
Those invited received a unique access code and a private link to enter the draw and select their ring size.
Receiving an invitation does not automatically guarantee a prize. Only successful entrants will receive the exclusive ring, which unlocks the year-long free fries reward.
McDonald’s is encouraging customers to check their email inboxes to see whether they have been selected for the promotion.
