Fry-up fans have mocked a pricey £26 full English breakfast available in The House of Lords.

Called the ‘Full Lord’s Breakfast’, it comes with hash browns, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.

But breakfast-lovers spotted on the menu it only has a singular Cumberland sausage and one poached free-range hen’s egg.

The plate also includes posh Jewkes and Dalby oak smoked bacon.

Diners can add a drink onto their order including tea, coffee, apple or orange juice, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The breakfast at The House of Lords costs £26-per-person.

It can be washed down with a glass of House of Lords Champagne for £12.50.

Breakfast fans were left in stitches at the expensive menu items.

Phil Mccabe joked: “You can buy half of that in Aldi.”

“Should have gone to Wetherspoons,” said Hazel Hammond.

Alyss Morgan Rees said: “Ridiculous including hash browns and baked beans.”

“Expensive and you can stick the hash nasty,” said Darren Beers.

The House of Commons and the House of Lords can be used as a venue to host an event.

“From the grandeur of the House of Lords to the historic charm of the House of Commons, UK Parliament provides an unparalleled backdrop for your event.”

They offer a menu for guests to order from in advance for events.

Other pricey breakfast items include breakfast baps for £21.75-per-person.

A jug of mixed berries smoothie can also set you back a staggering £17.50 and it serves four people.
