A bingo hall chain has introduced a new item to its food menu, dubbed the ‘UK’s most luxurious jacket potato’.
A far cry from your average baked beans and cheese, the opulent spud is decorated with edible gold leaf, saffron-butter-infused lobster tail and caviar.
It is topped off with fresh truffle shavings, shredded Gruyére cheese and fresh herbs of chives, chervil and tarragon.

The limited-edition meal has even been endorsed by Spudman from Tamworth, who spends his days eating and recommending potatoes and who told his 3.7m TikTok followers about the news online.
Dubbed the Jackpot Jack Pot, the tater is apparently worth £50.
The launch comes after new research from Mecca Bingo revealed that 70% of Brits say the humble jacket spud is their favourite winter food.
Apparently, we eat 635 million servings of the stuff during colder months.
Bingo buffs needn’t secure a win to afford the pricey dish, though.

It is actually being given away for free from a food truck outside various Mecca Bingo halls across the UK – one would assume in an attempt to lure customers inside.
Members can grab themselves a free spud on 20 and 27 November or 4 December.
The first stop is Hull, followed by Stevenage and Blackpool but there may be more stops announced.
