A TikTok influencer is suing his ex-girlfriend after she “abruptly” dumped him by letter.
Yael Villarreal, a content creator with over 338,600 followers on the social media platform, claims his former partner bought a camera on his credit card while they were still together.
He also claims that after they broke up, they mutually decided that they would try and get a refund for two Lana Del Ray tickets.

According to Yael, his ex has received the refund but hasn’t transferred him half.
In a video shared to TikTok, which quickly went viral and gathered 4.9 million views, the influencer said he now intends to sue, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Yael says his partner broke up with him “abruptly” via a letter after an 18-month relationship.
He said: “I am not looking for problems, I am looking for solutions.
“With no response from her, her mum or her dad, I have decided to file an order.

“And to my surprise, upon receiving her summons, she then uploaded an image to her close friends in which she said she was leaving the country.
“She claims I gave her the camera as a gift, which is a lie.
“If it was a gift, why would you assure me that I would never be short of that money.”
