A fashion stylist has revealed how to use booze to get lingering smells out of your favourite clothes.
Rebecca Kahane Pankow first learned the surprising hack from a costume designer in the film and theatre industry.
A game-changing trick, the 30-year-old has been using it ever since.
And it’s super easy – all you need is a little bit of vodka and a spray bottle.

Rebecca, who has assisted in styling John Hamm and Sharon Osbourne, recently shared the hack on Instagram with her 9,000 followers, where it has left fans stunned with over 29,000 likes and 700 comments on the post.
“You spray vodka on an article of clothing and as it evaporates the odour and bacteria evaporate as well,” Rebecca, from Los Angeles, US, told What’sTheJam.com.

“Pour vodka into a spray bottle and mist the garment or upholstery.
“I would avoid using this on silks or on real fur.

“But it can be used on linings, such as a leather jacket.”
