Clothing retailer Shein is no stranger to making headlines – selling everything from accessories for pet hamsters to a bizarre range of fried chicken-themed jewellery.
But the brand’s latest offering is proving to be rather more practical: a coffee-proof blouse.
The shirt could prove helpful for office workers – particularly those prone to clumsiness.
While it looks like a simple white button-up, the shirt is made of water-repellent fabric, meaning liquids like coffee and tea simply roll straight off of it.

In a video promoting the fashion-forward item, the model can be seen holding a cup of coffee before a man jostles her.
Rather than worry about pesky stains, the coffee can be seen dripping off of the shirt – apparently leaving no trace.
The top retails at £17.81 and comes in sizes 6-24.
The video – which features on What’s The Jam – garnered 845,000 views and 13,000 likes on social media – but not all users were sold.
One person commented: “Hmmm how do you wash it then?”
“Does it have forever chemicals then?” another viewer asked.
“I don’t trust it,” someone else said.
Another viewer added: “Cool but for the heat must be too hot, sweating horrors.”
Meanwhile, one user pointed out it would work well for preschool teachers.
“I need this!!” said another fan.
“Clumsy ol’ me needs this,” another viewer agreed.
Someone else said: “As a mom, I need this.”
Shein has previously made headlines for its rather more unusual items.
Last year, the brand launched a range of bizarre hamster accessories – featuring miniscule pet-sized headphones, items of clothing, shoes, hats and even a toy motorbike.
Another eyebrow-raising collection was of fried chicken jewellery – including wing necklaces and chicken hair clips, as well as keyrings and bag charms of the popular snack.
