Plumber of 10 years stunned as urinal begins bubbling and smoking

A plumber nearly went round the U-bend after a blocked urinal he was working on started bubbling like a witch’s cauldron.

Klevis Shabanaj has been in the trade for 10 years.

And despite thousands of call outs he said he’d never seen anything like it.

A post showing the bubbling urinal was viewed over three million times and had nearly 400,000 likes, as reported by Whats The Jam.

Klevis, 25, from Warrington, Cheshire, said: “I had a call that the urinal was overflowing in Warrington so I turned up to this job and it really was.

“I waited for the water to drain down fully then poured down a full bottle of 96% sulphuric acid.

“Within 10 seconds all the smoke and boiling gunk came up and stayed like it for a good minute.

“I had to film it because I have never experienced anything like this in 10 years of plumbing.

“But it did get rid of the blockage.”

Viewers were shocked.

One said: “What the HELL did they put in that toilet?”

Another added: “Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble.”

While a third said: “Spooky dookie.”
