A crab crawled out of a boy’s ear after a trip to the beach.
Kitzia Mitre said a “new fear was unlocked” after the crustacean emerged from her lad Pedro’s lughole.
They had just visited the beach when the young lad started to complain of discomfort.

The influencer, who is also a fashion designer with 590,000 TikTok fans and 230,000 Instagram followers, took Pedro to a local health centre.
Mexican doctors then discovered the baby crab burrowed in the boy’s ear.
Pedro asked his mother to film a health practitioner removing the crustacean.
The video showed tearful Pedro holding his mother’s hand as the doctor extracted the crab from his left ear.
He asked Kitzia: “Am I going to go blind?”
His mother assured him that he wouldn’t.
Still alive, the small creature was seen wandering across the stretcher.
The clip went viral on TikTok with 21m views and over 13,000 comments, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The Mexican influencer, who runs the YouTube channel ‘Travelling with Kitzia Mitre’, said: “A new fear unlocked…
“A crab got into Pedro’s ear… it’s highly unlikely that something like that would happen, but it did.”
She added: “No crabs were harmed in the recording of this video. Pedro asked me to film it.”
One fan said: “A cockroach got into my ear once, it was horrible, you feel it when it moves, and it’s super painful and annoying.”
“Oh my god, a crab in his ear,” remarked Marisela.
Rufus added: “Pedro was more worried about the life of the little crab.”
Experts recommend remaining calm when animals or foreign objects get in your ears, nose, or mouth, and seek immediate medical attention to avoid complications.
In this case, the doctor’s prompt intervention prevented any permanent damage and allowed the child to return home unharmed.
