A pokey pad is available to rent for £832-a-month – but there is only a tiny kitchen and it’s just inches from the bed.
The studio flat comes “furnished” with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and table and two chairs also visible.
But there won’t be too much entertaining going on due to the small kitchen described as “open plan.”
It has a microwave and two tiny hob rings but no oven or surface space.
So only ready meals or basic food can be cooked.
The pad in Swiss Cottage, north London is being let by Berns and Co and advertised on Rightmove.
Properties in this area have an average rent price of £1,180 so this flat is considerably cheaper.
However, after viewing the pictures it is very clear why.
The bed is only a single and there is only a shared washing machine.
The bathroom appears clean but not very spacious, with a tiny sink, shower and a toilet which is not pictured.
The property description reads “Video view available.
“Situated on Langtry walk minutes’ walk of Swiss Cottage shops, restaurants, cafes and close to the station.
“Studio flat with open plan kitchen, shower room, toilet, broadband, gas, double glazed, use of washing machine, wood floors.”
