‘Ghosts follow me on family holidays – there was one next to me on my Ryanair flight’

A psychic medium claims she is so in tune with spirits that they follow her on holiday.

Chloe Smith says she is visited by ghosts almost every day.

The 27-year-old claims spirits have locked eyes with her by the pool and spotted her in airports.

And one ghostly presence even sat next to her on a Ryanair flight.

“I was sitting on the plane on the way to France, and I started looking around the aircraft,” Chloe told What’s The Jam.

“Then I saw it – a ghost sitting next to a gentleman just five rows in front.

“He looked back at me, knowing I could make that connection.

“But instead of using my body as a channel like a spirit usually does, he funnily saluted me, giving me respect but also confirming that he knew I could see him.

“Maybe he was there for a nervous family member, or he could have been an old pilot who flew that exact plane.

“It was very magical.

“I didn’t tell my brother – he would have thought I was being strange as always.

“You get goosebumps but also a sense of peace.”

The siblings were travelling from the East Midlands to visit their parents in France.

And the spooks didn’t stop there.

Chloe, from Ashbourne, Derbyshire, said: “Across the road from their house is a cemetery, which I explored and felt connections in.

“But there was also a ghost at my parents’ house.

“It was an older man.

“He was unhappy with my dad, as he had been doing work on the house.

“I couldn’t sleep for days.

“But he meant well.”

Because of the strength of her connections, Chloe tries to switch off on holidays.

But she often finds it hard.

She said: “There have been ghosts at hotels, enjoying their holidays or visiting a loved one.

“From a trip in the car to a sunny holiday abroad, they can get your attention no matter where you are.

“You’re never really alone.”

But Chloe considers herself “lucky” to make these connections.

She added, “I had a spiritual awakening when I saw my nan at her funeral.

“She was right there, glowing.

“Then, when I got home, I saw a ghost in my house.

“From then on, everything got stronger.

“I now help the general public, celebrities and people all over the world.”
