A stationary car suddenly flipped over its bonnet and landed on its roof, seemingly of its own accord.
The car’s owner, Keli Cristina de Paula, was at work at the time and was shocked when she heard about what had happened.
A CCTV camera caught the baffling scenes as they unfolded.

The footage shows how a double-trailer lorry loaded with logs drives past the parked car.
Seconds later, a pickup truck passes by and slows down as if sensing something is amiss.
All of a sudden, the car’s back wheels leave the tarmac.
Its boot lifts into the air and the car flips over its bonnet as if it were doing a forward roll.
It lands on its roof on the roadside shortly before the footage ends.

No one was injured in the strange incident in Laranjeiras do Sul, west of Sao Paulo, Brazil on Monday (November 25) afternoon.
Those who saw the events unfold told her that the lorry hit snapped, and pulled an overhead cable.
The cable apparently got caught around the back of the car.

Then, as the lorry moved forward, the back of the car was lifted into the air.
Keli’s motor sustained heavy damage in the mishap.
She told local media: “It’s my first car, and it was a real struggle to buy it. In an instant, I saw it destroyed, and it was heartbreaking.
“I’m still in shock, but I’m thankful that no one was around at that moment and that no one was hurt.”
Keli contacted the firm that owns the lorry, as reported by What’s The Jam.
But company bosses claimed the accident happened because the cable was already lying on the road when the lorry passed by.
A spokesperson told local media: “The trailer complies with height regulations.
“And it’s likely that the power cable had already snapped, which is why it got tangled in our trailer.
“Legal action should be taken, and the person who left the cable lying there should be held responsible.
“Because if it hadn’t been out of place, this wouldn’t have happened.”
Officials from the telecommunications company Oi are reportedly investigating whether the cable is theirs.
