A teen has smashed a world-first ‘globe of death’ football stunt at a circus.
Carly Buchanan-Thomas took on a crazy task while motorcycles raced around her inside the metal sphere.
The 18-year-old showcased her skills at the circus – completing 23 keepy-uppies as the bikes flew past her.

The dangerous stunt took place at Circus Extreme, at Cardiff City FC Stadium, as reported by Need To Know.
The teen got inside the ‘globe of death’ on 17 May.
The exhilarating challenge was to raise funds for Wattsville Ladies FC and the club’s Under 8s girls team.
The money raised by the stunt is to ensure that the next generation of female footballers has the opportunities, encouragement, and sense of belonging.
“This was honestly one of the most intense things I’ve ever done,” said Carly, from Newport.
“The noise, the speed, and everything happening around me was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
“The riders were absolutely incredible – the amount of precision and control they have is unbelievable, and being inside there with them gave me even more respect for what they do.
“Getting to 23 keepy-uppies feels amazing, but the most important thing is why I did it.
“Women’s football is growing so quickly and getting more recognition than ever, which is brilliant, but grassroots clubs still need real support to make sure girls have the same opportunities to develop, feel included, and fall in love with the game.
“The younger girls in our club are the future of women’s football.
“If this challenge helps raise money for them, gives them better support, or inspires even one more girl to get involved in football, then every second of it was worth it.”
Anthony Anderson, director of Circus Extreme, said: “At Circus Extreme, we love creating unforgettable moments, but being able to support local communities makes it even more meaningful.
“What Carly achieved was extraordinary. Stepping into the globe of death takes real courage in itself, but to attempt football skills inside while our riders performed around her was something truly exceptional.
“Circus Extreme Globe riders are among the very best in the world. What they do requires incredible focus, trust, and absolute precision at every second.
“We were proud to support Carly’s fundraising challenge and help shine a spotlight on such an important cause.”
