The world of horse racing has always attracted stars to the stands, but what about the celebrities who own the talent on the track?
From King Charles III to MC Hammer, a huge number of stars have forked out to become a part of the lucrative horse racing industry.
The most famous owner of all the horses, King Charles III and Queen Camilla inherited all their racehorses from his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Several of the King’s horses have been winners since he became their owner in 2022.
Including Slipofthepen, Blue Missile, and Perfect Alibi, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The next biggest celebrity comes in the form of football royalty, with Sir Alex Ferguson also being a big name in the industry.
Despite not having the most success on the racecourse, Fergie owns or part-owns the likes of What A Friend, Clan Des Obeaux and Give Me A Copper.
Known for his controversial talk show, Jeremy Kyle is also involved in the stables, having ownership and stakes in race and show jumping horses.

The 59-year-old has a stake in Fergie’s Give Me A Copper and is the owner of Black Corton, which won the Kauto Star Novices’ Chase in 2017.
Dame Judi Dench is up next, with the iconic actress being involved in the industry for many years.
The 89-year-old owns Smokey Oakey, who won the Lincoln Stakes in 2008 and also has stakes in other horses with great pedigree.

From the stage to the stable, Rolling Stone’s iconic guitarist, Ronnie Wood is also heavily involved in the industry.
The 77-year-old even bred the horse Sandymount Duke himself, unfortunately, the animal sadly passed before it could feature at the Grand National.
Across the pond, rapper MC Hammer has also tested his hand at the world of horse racing.
During his prime in the music industry, the rapper purchased the Oaktown Stables.
Since that purchase, the stable has trained plenty of horses with Lite Light being the standout name.
The horse won a few grade-one races in the States before the rapper was forced to sell the stables due to financial difficulties.
War Horse director Steven Spielberg has a stake in ownership in Atswhatimtalknbout.
The horse’s most notable achievement was finishing 4th in the Kentucky Derby.
