Supporters in the lower tier of the North Bank decided to display a banner of manager Mikel Arteta’s signature saying.
The Spanish gaffer has been known to shout the words ‘Vamos’ during matches and training, which roughly translates to ‘Let’s go’.
However, before kick off the fans muddled up the banner and actually displayed it back to front.
During the build up the banner actually read ‘somav’ which left fans in stitches, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Despite the pre-match blunder Arsenal still managed to walk away with all three points.
