A couple with a 30-year age gap say they are “excited” to start their lives together and don’t listen to the haters.
Isabel, 29, and her partner Lino, who is around 60 based on their age gap, have faced backlash on social media due to their difference in age.
One of their videos has been viewed more than 600,000 times.

But the couple say they plan to continue sharing updates on their love story in a bid to squash any doubts people might have.
“The reason for making this page is so that you can know who we are in this,” Isabel, who lives in Sinaloa, Mexico, says in one video.
“It’s so we can remove doubts if you have any questions about us.
“We’ve caused a lot of controversy, a lot of people have spoken to us and we want to clarify your doubts.”
Isabel’s partner Lino has never confirmed his exact age but the couple say they have an age gap of 30 years.

The couple met in 2021, through Isabel’s best friend’s father.
In one video, she shared a sweet photo of the two of them on the day they met.
The group of four went out on a boat in the fishing village of Teacapán Escuinapa, Mexico.

Isabel revealed that they didn’t exchange many words on the day that they met.
But after the boat trip, Lino suggested that they all go and eat at a restaurant.
Here, he asked if Isabel used social media, and they added each other on Facebook.
From there, they began to talk everyday, and became very good friends.
“When I met Lino I was super excited,” Isabel continued in another video.
“I was shocked to meet him and see that he is such a strong man.
“He is a super intelligent man. We are dedicated to the same work.”
The couple are to be married on 25 January 2025, in Cacalotán, Mexico, as reported by What’s The Jam.
“We are going to keep telling you step-by-step about our history,” she continues in another video.
“We are together, excited, and happy to be getting married.”
