An urban explorer has discovered a ‘creepy’ abandoned priest retreat – dubbing it the “one of the eeriest places” he’s ever visited.
Jamie Robinson shared the incredible find with his 273,000-strong followers in a video that amassed more than 43,000 views.
He visited the site with two of his friends, Jack and Ben.

The 25-year-old found everything from religious artefacts to a bed still made up waiting for someone to sleep in it and a random rocking chair in a hallway.
“We drive past the building quite regularly so this time we decided to check it out,” Jamie, from Belfast, told What’s The Jam.

“It was very creepy and had a really eerie vibe to it.
“It was definitely one of the eeriest places we’ve explored.”

Jamie walked his followers around the building while filming.

He showed the inside of the private chapel with a gorgeous dome-shaped ceiling and glass windows.

Describing the property, Jamie said: “It’s quite an interesting one actually.
“[This place] would’ve been a getaway for priests.

“Through this door, they actually had their own private chapel.
“Look at the ceiling – this is cool.
“The detail in this place as well is insane.
“We did not expect to find this.
“I don’t know how we didn’t find out about it sooner.”
Religious artefacts have also been left behind, such as prayer beads and statues.
The trio explored as much of the venue as they could but some of the rooms were locked.

Rachael said: “There is something about this place that is making me feel very uneasy.”
Another person added: “I think you need to go back and go into the rooms that were locked.”
“Haunted,” said Rosie.

Jessie added: “The place was creepy but the staircase is stunning.”
“The place is spotless,” said someone else.

Jamie claims that the building is believed to have last been occupied in 2016.
